Registration Policy

  • Madrassah Haamilaat-il-Quran requires students to adhere to the following registration policies, implemented to ensure the effective and efficient operation of our courses.
  • Madrassah Haamilaat-il-Quran wishes for your learning experience to be enriching and hopes your path to Jannah will be one of ease.
  • Please be aware that failure to comply with any of the following policies may lead to a student being withdrawn from the course without a refund. Students are required to register using their full legal name and provide accurate information. When necessary, Madrassah Haamilaat-il-Quran reserves the right to request photo ID and/or proof of address to validate a student entering the course.

Courses Payment Policy

  • Online registration will be available through paypal. In special cases a bank transfer may be considered.

Courses Admission Policy

  • Students are required to pay the complete course fee before commencing the course.
  • Student placements into courses are prioritised on a first-pay basis.
  • As a general rule, Madrassah Haamilaat-il-Quran requires students to be at least 10 years old. However, exceptions may be made for underage students wishing to attend.
  • Madrassah Haamilaat-il-Quran reserves the right to refuse entry to any student who does not comply with our admission policy.
  • Madrassah Haamilaat-il-Quran condemns extremism in any form.
  • Madrassah Haamilaat-il-Quran is not responsible for the religious and personal views of student attendees.
  • Madrassah Haamilaat-il-Quran reserves the right to refuse entry to any student attendee who promotes extremism.
  • We reserve the right to dismiss any student attendee from its seminars if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the learning experience of other student attendees.

Courses Cancellations and Refunds Policy

  • Full refunds or fee transfers are allowed if notified by email seven days before the course starts.
  • This request can be made only once, and exceptional cases will be considered after the seven-day period.
  • Fees are non-transferable after seven days and cover costs incurred.
  • No refunds for incomplete courses; fees are not transferable after the course has started.

Rules and Regulations

  • A comprehensive form outlining the full rules and regulations, along with a consent form, will be sent to participants upon registration, prior to the payment process.
