Fundamentals of Reading 1

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is meticulously organised, following a well-structured curriculum and established guidelines. It serves as a foundational step into Quran reading, specifically tailored for beginners lacking prior knowledge of Quranic or Arabic language skills. Throughout this program, students will acquire proficiency in the Arabic alphabet and vowels, as well as the skill of combining Arabic letters to form words. This initial level serves as a preparation for the subsequent stage, empowering students to differentiate between Arabic letters, grasp basic vowels, and read fundamental words from the Quran, Insha Allah.

The lessons will be conducted through Zoom, providing a convenient online platform for students. Additionally, comprehensive revision materials will be accessible to students outside of class hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Students must be at least seven years old.
– Punctuality, seriousness, and respectfulness are expected from students.
– Parents are required to motivate and monitor the attitude, alertness, and behaviour of their children during lessons.
– Regular feedback on student progress and behaviour will be communicated to the administration, with corresponding appraisals.
